Error 80001006 and 80001007

Keep getting this? I used the launcher. I checked my files. I tried lowering my settings. Never had this problem before.

On Thursday, September 4th, the War Thunder game servers will be unavailable from 07.00 until around 10.00 GMT due to the installation of Update 1.41.30. (there has been a 30 minute extension)

errr... i live in gmt, uk time is gmt... its 10 15. LATE THE UPDATE IS LATE WERE ALL GONNA DIE

i get a different error message, it's says:

"Connection Error: 81110018 - The game has not been activated for your account."

Since the 10:00AM GMT, im in spain and we're GMT+1 now on summer.
