Well i would say "Edge of Tomorrow", but its just the basic concept of the recents post in the war thunder offical page. It might be based on something else but there is a small possibility it contains some of that as well.

Atomic Heart, according to the site, though I'm still waiting to see anything about it. I don't consider the Mobile Infantry event the April Fools event, it's just testing new stuff again I'd say.

Yeah, it's probably Starship Troopers.

The movies do not depict the actual exo-combat suits that the "Mobile Infantry" actually used in the books so it's a nod towards the foundational lore more than the movie adaptations.
