how to get the turkish skin ?

i've already had leopard 2a4 123 when it first release, the f5c didn't bought it, already done many match with the leopard 123 after the turkish skin event. what do i do wrong ? do i need to buy the f5c or leopard 123 are enough ?

Please note! If you have purchased F-5C and/or Leopard 2A4 packs already, you may also receive the unique camouflages if you login into the game and achieve at least three wins with specified vehicles from March 28th to April 11th. This also applies to console players who either own or purchase the packs during the special period. Camouflages will be issued to the users who have fulfilled these conditions after April 11th.

Camouflages will be issued to the users who have fulfilled these conditions after April 11th.

If you want to get Leo camouflage, you need to use leo 2A4 (from pack).
If you want to get F-5C camouflage, you need to use F-5C (from pack).
