Leopard 2A4M Camo Net
I miss the tan camo net with the olive drab paint job, it was more realistic before but now it just doesn't match the tan cage armour and accessories. I wouldn't mind having the choice in what colour we want our camo nets, but if anything I'd love for the pre-order skin to have the tan camo net as a compromise.

You can still add it back with a custom skin or any number of changes could be made, like my SU-33 uses a custom skin because I like the more worn down and used aesthetic on soviet jets so I make custom paint jobs for them based on the paint job gaijin uses. You could do the same thing but tanks are a serious pain in the butt to recolor because gaijin had this genius idea to have people take the models and repaint them that way which has lead to a looooooot of people stealing the models and throwing them on sites like sketchfab and has made it difficult for less technically inclined players to customize their tanks like they would their planes. Still, it's something you can fix for your own vehicle if you wish to.

I like the new look myself because of how it blends in with normal leopards at a distance and how it will interact with decals but it's still pretty dumb and a very haphazard change, they didn't even bother to replace the picture in the hangar so whoever modified it obviously just slapped it together and pushed it out without much thought put into it, plus the cage armor isn't even the only thing that was given tan coloring so the Leopard will likely need another update to fix the tech tree pic and the rest of the tank (and possibly change the cage armor color too).

I agree, I love how it blends in more now. But I guess I feel like I've been falsely advertised, especially when I pre-ordered it and specifically got it for it's Afghanistan configuration. Which isn't represented anymore due to my nitpick, but I hope they come back to the tank and update it. Additionally, I'm not tech-savvy enough to recolour it but I could always learn.

There are tutorials online but it is a lot more work than modifying an aircraft so plan to spend an hour or two researching and testing it out on a reference vehicle first (same vehicle the tutorial uses) and then move on to the Leopard afterwards.

Thank you, I'll give it a shot now.
