For most of WW2, German tanks had better quality steel than Russian (especially after they moved their factories past the Urals) and American. At one point- 40% better quality. This is not shown ingame at all. Some Russian tanks have much faster rates of fire than they ever did in real life (T-55 for example at like 7.5 seconds, and I think the fastest recorded was like 10 seconds, and the Brits tested an Egyptian export version and got like 30 seconds, but they weren't solely reloading so that isn't a fair metric). M1 Abrams has a massive frontal weak spot that doesn't really exist, and much more.
Best the Snail can do is give us an F/A-18 that is slower, weaker, has a problem with it's flippers breaking at any speed and the missiles have a habit of reversing into you and taking out your wings. Take it or leave it XD
F15E was still the strongest top tier plane post-nerf, and had absolutely zero contesters until this patch dropped with the Rafale and EF2K. Pre-nerf it was overpowered, broken, completely busted.
Now, why would you conclude that an F18 would be underpowered based on a F15E nerf that still did not manage to take the crown from it?
Sorry, man, if your definition of "not underpowered" is the pre-nerf F15E, then you may want to go play single player games.
