How the hell can the Sabra Mk. 1 be at 9.7?
How can the Sabra be 9.7 with this extrem pen and armor? I think this could go up to 12.0?

Other than the ammo, it's worse than the Gal Batash since it can meet 10.7s. It's basically still just an M60.

Bulldog gets 300mm of pen at 6.3, what's your point? M-51 gets 400mm at 6.0. Again, what's your point? Pen doesn't determine where a vehicle should be. It's everything taken together and into account. Swedish reserve tanks get Sabot with 100+ mm of pen at 1.0, should they be 4.0+ where everything else has 100mm of pen?
