Current state of the game. (what is going on?)
Dont get me wrong i love this game, no wonder i have over 3000 hours (sadly)

I wanted to know if im the only one feeling really exhausted currently and id love to know your opinion.

Heres what im currently experiencing.

1. Battlepass is just a complete waste of time and money, was ok but now its just a no effort copy paste grindfest.

2. Tank ground rb maps are seriously horrible at anything more than 8.0. Theres literally spawncamping from the other side of the map.

Corridor maps are HORRIBLE. No chance to manouver and do anything its literally "who camps better?"

At Top Tier you get maps from Reserve (it takes literally 30sec to drive into the other teams spawn.

3. Premium low level people at Top tier (yes thats top tier just because the Tanks/Planes sit at Rank 6 they are still top tier no point arguing @Gaijin. These people spawn once and then leave, basically the game get decided purely on the fact which team has more of these people (not fun)

4. SERVER ISSUES. For no reason constant lag spikes, 500ping on european servers and packet loss like you wont believe.

5. BR changes that dont make any sense at all. Since i dont play Air Rb that often cant talk about that. But for example compare a Tiger 2 H and a IS 2 1944 same Battle rating and everything. You'll get what im trying to say if you ever played both of them.

6. Money making Gaijing. Yes they are a company and thats absolutey fine, but i wished theyd actually give to love to BR range that most players acutally play. When was the last time we got a really cool WW2/Cold War era update that focuses on filling gaps, adding interesting/fun and iconic tanks. Just check out some of the community created tech trees, very interesting stuff out there.
Back to what i was trying to say... Constantly adding newer vihicles (which are cool) to atract newer players that then spend ALOT of money to then realise they are not good at playing (since they just joined the game). Then theyll just leave the game completly.

Just some of my thought, dont want to write more stuff but ill guess you have some things to add.

Keep grinding lads :praisesun:

Yes, unfortunately it's just copy and paste. Gaijin isn't putting any effort into this.

2.:
Spawn camping is a problem. However, you can only very rarely shoot into the spawn from the other side of the map, as almost all maps are just close-range rubbish. Don't get me wrong. I am of the opinion that spawn camping should be made impossible, but most maps have been destroyed to such an extent that long-range combat is hardly possible anymore.

The maps are generally much too small and too urban. The map design is a complete disaster.

3.: Personally, I always like having low-level premium players on the opposing team. Free XP is all I'm saying.

Of course, this is a nuisance in your own team. In 99% of cases, they ram you away without thinking, use smoke completely wrongly and sabotage their entire team with their incompetence.

4.: I don't notice server lags very often. What annoys me, however, is when the server crashes and the crew is still banned. But what is annoying are lagging vehicles that are very far away (when a large map comes along). This problem has existed for a long time but gaijin ignores it because they don't care.

5.:
The Tiger 2H and the IS 2 1944 are both at the right level in my eyes. The IS-2 is extremely strong on urban maps in particular. The Tiger 2H is clearly at a disadvantage on city maps but when it comes to long-range combat it is better. You can't compare the two directly. However, many other BR classifications make no sense.

Just one example:
Turms VS Leopard 2A4 =
Turms has better ammunition
Turms has better hull armor
Turms has better turret armor
Turms has reactive armor
Turms has better thermal sight for the gunner
Trums has thermal sight for the commander
Leopard has better mobility
Leopard can aim the weapon a little lower
Turms is better overall than the Leopard and yet the Leopard is at a higher level (Turms 10.3 against Leopard 10.7)

6. Gaijin is trying to make as much money as possible with as little effort as possible. This is fine up to a certain level, but considering the high prices and the low quality currently delivered, it is quite worrying.

Personally, I don't think that many completely new players spend money. Most play for free and stop after a short time because the matchmaking is simply too unfair. Many game mechanics also seem extremely unfair.
almost all attempts to get a few friends to play end in frustration. The maps are unrealistically small, the tanks too unbalanced. This spoils the fun of the game for many. Since I have all nations at high tier, I can compensate for this somewhat with the maps by simply going straight back to the hangar on unplayable maps (about 80-90% of all maps) and trying it with a different nation. Newbies can't do that without being able to play for 8 minutes. This crew lock when leaving a battle must be removed immediately until Gaijin gives the individual player the opportunity to have more influence on the maps. There are players who prefer large, open and realistic maps and there are players who are impatient, have no interest in realism and immersion, who just want fast, pointless action and who prefer to play city maps. Two completely opposite camps. Gaijin's concept simply annoys all players, especially those who prefer realism.

Very good post i agree. Nice to see others share a similar view about the state of the game.

but
i dont think the leopard is overall worse than the turms
still, that vehicle should be 10.7
especially the t72b 1989. some lower pen shells cant 1shot it even from the sides

Gaijin is disgusting for what they did to the game over the last two years and still no working anti cheat.
