Sabra Mk1. 589mm of pen at 9.7? Hello?

Laser warning system, darts, thermals and 9.7? How the heck does the dart, which is a second tier modification for the sabra, end up penning more than most of the top tier MBT's, at 9.7????? WHAT?

Swedish reserve tanks have APDS at 1.0 with over 100mm of pen. Should they go up to 4.0? US Shermans have a slow speed stabilizer, same with the M3 and M5 from 1.0-3.0. Should they go up? They don't go up because of other aspects. They don't have armor and alright mobility, hence why they are that low

object 292 is a de-armored t72 T-80, but has the highest penning round in the game, it went up in BR twice. your point is moot. If a tank over performs then it's br should be adjusted.

I had to be that person, though yeah T80, if it was on a T72 with that lol pen gun I think most would be ok with it as that tank chassis is super easy to deal with where as a T80 you do need to aim for weak spots in most cases.
