ADATS

is this thing capable of shooting any planes?
so far all i could shoot down were drones and helicopters, not a single plane.
cant even shoot down the likes of Su-25 with it.
any tips for it?

A lot of American stuff should objectively be better than Gaijin is making them like the ADATS or Abrams but some how Russian cold war era vehicles just outperform USA. The only solution is to just switch nations. Germany is a decent one I suggest.

i have German and USSR ground trees all researched got 10 crew slots for each.
am trying to finish the US TT these days...so im stick with ADATS.
even Germany got a strela...

There are no tips, unfortunately ADATS is only a reasonable SPAA, because the USA is only an average army in the world. :D:D:D

gaijin: B-b-b-but it's not POSSIBLE that the US can make better missiles and tanks than russia, it's just NOT POSSIBLE and I don't have to explain why!!

They seriously believe the stinger can't pull it's listed amount, that's why it sucks.

Is the stinger the one on LAV?

I use F-16c and F-15E and a lot of top tier jets with anti air missiles the only counter for other jets

It's easy to kill mostly all planes,but adats are too weak against su34,Rafale,Eurofighter and other with long range missiles.

I use F-15E myself, but if the enemy team has pantsirs there isn't much I can do. Also respawn points are too dear for planes, as opposed to 70 for SPAAs.

Yes, but several spaa's in the game use stingers, like the ozelot, gepard, and japanese type something.
thing is, the stinger should not be so easily kinetically dodged.

i played russian stuff and i played the abrams, abrams is better ingame yet kids still cry about their skill issue.

Even Su-25s can easily get away.

If your missle get's outmaneuvered by a fat, slow SU-25 thats more on you than on the adats, just like with any other SACLOS SPAA where people just can't aim them...
