How to best grind ground events without going insane?
I want to get my money up by grinding the event premiums specifically for ground. But I find myself get 15,000 or so points and then quit out of boredom. Any tips, lineups, or whatever for not wanting to Kurt Cobain myself while grinding?

this is an oxymoron

My way of getting event vehicles for years now has been not to do events at all, it’s to play the market

Get a hold of a newish event vehicle, whether by grind or buying it on the cheap and sit on it until it accumulates value, sell high, use the proceeds to buy a bunch of newer event vehicles while they are cheap, wash rinse repeat

Once you get the cycle going you can use some of the gaijin coins to buy everything you want, just so long as you don’t spend everything and always have some event coupons in reserve

Play with friends, and play vehicles/lineups you enjoy most.
Play ground sim, you get a lot more points and its actually fun. I can get like 300k rp in a full day of playing, even a pretty meh round can give you 10k rp.

There are a few mechanics which are different from regular realistic such as no 3D markers, sights are from the gunner position not the barrel (you can use custom crosshair for that), friendly fire is on (MG the tracks or use the range marker key on a player to see if they are friendly or not), no third person peaking around corners, helis and planes can instanly spawn but they are harder to control and many more things.

I recommend 9 and 10 br the most, avoid top tier at all cost because the CAS is just insane.

Sim is split into low and high tier with the BRs changing each day.
The trick is to not try grind the event and also unlock new vehicles in the tech tree at the same time. That was the mistake I always made which makes life very difficult. However if you find your best line up at whatever BR then you can do it easy. For me thats 6.3 or 5.7 USA. I can get an event ground out in 15 matches sometimes.

For air grinding I just go with my highest tier jet and dogfight. If I die then I just hop into the next match as quick.
Personally I find its just a matter of being patient. Look at it this way. During event time alot of players are in such a rush to score points and Finish they take massive risks they normally would not resulting in less points per game and more losses overall. Just calm down and play as if nothing unusual was happening and you'll see the ones taking all those risks (rushing caps, taking risky exposed shots) while you play strategically and kill them off (in ground forces for example youd be surprised at the increase in base rushers during these times vs normal times, where these guys care not if they get killed as long as they get those cap points)
