There's the premium Pz. IV J at 4.0 if you're interested. You don't have to worry because it'll remain at rank III, unlike the other long barrel Pz IVs .

it was definetely better when Pz.IVG/H were rank III at 3.7 / 4.0

And what if it's a balanced BR for it? The F-2 has no armor and mobility, unlike the T-34 or Sherman, which have bad guns.
