event vehicles

can anyone tell me where gaijin posts information about upcoming event vehicles..?
I never know about them until I see everyone flying the new jets...
and by then its too late and I'm SOL.

Either right below the Play button or the News tab here, usually in All it'll be at the very top for some time titled with "event name: vehicle name".

It's also in the top right of your screen in the hanger. Y'know, this HUGE SIGN SAYING WINTER EVENT. It's also in the launcher... In steam...

Hi! We always post them on our official website, the second pinned page is the Winter Tales event: https://warthunder.com/en

We also post about them here on Steam. We post them about 1 week in advance, meaning you can set it up so that you get an email when the event begins. Keep an eye on this page, as the next event will be announced this month 👀https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/236390

Alternatively we also post about it on our social media channels, including X, Insta and FB.

You would be surprised. There was a guy that missed the Children of Arachis crafting event because they refused to open the news post on Steam with the vehicles on it and had a whole rant about Gaijin hiding info from people to sell more vehicles.

I mean I can't blame them. Missed operation FROST and HEAT 2019 because I knew they were there but I didn't know how they worked and how long they last. Same goes for operation shipyard.

You didn't know how they worked, the guy knew how events worked, saw the news post, but willingly refused to open it, and then incessantly complained Gaijin intentionally hid the existence of the event from him.
