I`ve been watching youtubers playing WT and using binos how do i use them?

You have to set it yourself. It's under "binoculars" in view controls. There's a bunch of controls like that which don't have a default keybinding, so it's always worth checking them out :)

To use binoculars, the default is control, b and space in that order.
