How to turn off WEP?

My friend is having trouble controlling his throttle. He says the throttle keeps going back up by itself even after turning it down. Will never stay down. What setting does he have to change?

Ask your friend to confirm they don't have unused or multiple peripherals plugged into their computer. Having a joystick or controller plugged in for example, but using the keyboard could be causing an axis input

But if the change is gradual, then idk, prolly something related to conflicting peripherals and control commands.
