What you propose is actually worse than the current system. Are you a Snail's agent or something?
Your in game actions earn RP towards TT vehicles.
Squadron vehicles rely on your overall game activity (any mode) and the activity of your squadronmates for their RP
You join a squadron, select the squadron vehicle you want to play and then just go play any nation you want in any mode that hands out br.
While playing you and your squadron mates earn squadron rp.
After 3 days you receive the rp you gained (20k max) and the cycle repeats, no matter wether you played german boats, french planes, US tanks or Russian helicopters
Except I might be not experienced enough to simply jump to high tier for free, or not have a lineup for ground battles if I purchase a high tier squadron tank, but in your system those issues aren't solved either, and aside from them, there's nothing wrong with the current system in fact.
That limit should be buffed, 20.000RP few days per few days is really poor income.
My squadron is a big one and takes forever to unlock squadron veicule.
Don't feel bad about this. Many of us who have been playing years forget how poor the interface and user info can be within this game. It's not great for a newer player and this sort of thing and others e.g. preset usage are not as clear and intuitive as they could be.
As if there are no easy to find information about how things work in this game but i guess not everybody is able to use a simple google search like: "how to research squadron vehicles"
Owning a TIS-MA, a Bt-7F32, the J6K1 and the Aubl HVG would have really helped me with grinding and getting fun and good line ups but oh well
