Horrible Winrate

I can't be the only one with a horrible winrate right? I have around a 35% winrate. And before you say it's all because I'm bad, I know I'm not very good at the game. I've got only around 50 hours. However, it feels like every game I have no one that plays the objective, and a bunch of people who run in and die twice then leave. I then just end up getting spawn camped for the rest of the match. I hate to say I just get horrible teams but like it feels like I just get bad players on my team and the best players in the world on the enemy team. I am currently playing at BR 5.3 USA. Any feedback is appreciated (besides just calling me bad).

he has 50 hrs and think he has bad win rate u need 50 hrs x 10 then only then u get to complain about your win rate you will need more then 50 hrs to judge your win rate and your skill this game is more or less about how well you are adjusted to the game and how to play it

each tank.. ... each map require different style of play not to mention it will also depends on the player .. how they play and what is their strat it will require you more then 50 to develop a play style and a preference and knowledge of the maps ..tanks..their weaknesses their strength and shortcoming

this game is easy to play and hard to play at the same time and it will take time to master and understand it ..... it might sounds am making things more complex for you but it is infarct a learning curve

i have nearly 1k hrs here and 1.5k hrs before i link this game to steam !


Long story short .... it is too early for player like you who spend only 50 hrs to judge and complain about your win rates

Welcome to War Thunder, you win and lose by your team, but often enough your team is gone in 5 minutes and you're fighting an uphill battle. It gets worse in higher tiers, so don't bother looking at winrates and worry about your other stats.

There is no balancing in the teams and when you draw the short straw you will know it. Just ignore the winrate - most people seem to do that. I had 14 losses in a row today it just happens. Try to focus on the match not on the statistic.

Yep that was pretty much every match for me today - you're not alone with that.

You are one person. Unless you can do the same as 10 other players you aren't going to carry the match to victory. More often than not your contribution won't matter so much (like 6% of the match by average?), so just do the best you can and ignore your win-rate.
And remember this- For every winner, there must be a loser, so if someone has a 70% win-rate, there must be someone with a 30% win-rate. In this case, that's you.

Play the objectives, and try to net as many kills as deaths at the least.

I'm going on 700 hours. My most played lineup is British 8.3. I'm very good at it. But, even still, my win rate for most of the tanks that I use in that BR lies between 40-60%. You're not gonna get much better than that, unfortunately, unless you're some 10k hour god-tier gamer that takes this ♥♥♥♥ way too seriously and knows all the metas. Whether I win or lose, I'm decently satisfied as long as I end up near the top of the leaderboard.

You've barely played enough to get on the PvP leaderboard... Your winrate is actually quite high for that little gameplay experience.

just care about ur personal kd per vehicle cuz das liek da only metric dat matters esp since its a grinding gaem

Don't mind the Win rate. Focus on the pts you earn per game even it's losing. Win/Lose top 5 in your team is not bad at all.

im at around like 40% wr and only have like 3 or 4 planes with a positive k/d
around 2300 hours in and only feel a bit better then when i first started.

just wait till you have a very good K/d but bad W/r. i have a 1.5 in GRB and 2.0 in ARB but i have a about 40% w/r between the 2. those are my Germany stats. stats for USA and USSR are are better in terms of W/r and almost the same K/d. if you want to win a lot play USA or USSR. if you want to have fun play what ever you want.

I just finished a game with 6 kills and no losses, we got overrun and we lost. I was in the centre of the map, not hiding in a corner. Sometimes, you can take advantage of losing situations. When the enemy charges in, they often throw caution to the winds especially when they are winning.
