Please PLEASE reduce fog on mysterious valley

Whats the point of adding really thick fog on the chinese mysterious valley map (space port) when there are really tall mountains scattered around. Is gaijin pulling a prank on us? Is it just to point and laugh? Whats the gameplay reason for adding fog and really high mountains so you cant see where you are flying?

I was in a match and had to break off so i could refuel and as i turn towards the right theres this massive mountain that i cannot dodge because the fog was so thick i didnt see it until i was already dead.
I dont see how this is supposed to give either you or the enemy a fair chance at fighting each other. If you want to add fog, do it above the mountains. Imagine playing a match for 15 minutes and that how you die, you crash into a mountain because you had refuel.

So as the title says, please either reduce fog or make the height where the fog is to be higher so its at least possible to react when you are on a crash course
