But without a replay no one can say anything

when you drop a bomb the bomb is moving at the same speed as your aircraft if you reduce speed the bomb is now moving faster then you are. This issue was first discovered with aircraft firing guns where the projectiles were faster then the aircraft (you could shoot yourself down)
You just explained it. You drop a bomb going 100mph and then raise nose to go 80 mph and wonder how the bomb catch you (the numbers are just for reference nothing to do with actual numbers in flight)
In future keep your nose down and turn maintaining speed remember the bombs are going the same speed as your aircraft so if you turn in front of them they will hit you
thats not the issue with buccaneers, the jet drops its bombs upwards, literally bombs clip through the jet into the air instead of actually dropping them downwards
i only encountered this issue with buccaneer, other planes or jets collide with their bombs as soon as they drop it
tried it with a few other jets and planes, on the goodside i can juggle bombs on my wings now
I am not saying things are working correctly only with out replays I can't say anything
gravity should take effect the instant the bombs are released. And we know the rate objects fall (they all fall the same) so the distance the bomb falls can be computed and what we want to avoid is where the releasing aircraft intercepts the bomb.
It sounds like the aircraft are taking evasive maneuvers and still meeting the bombs
Now we have to figure out if these are the correct maneuvers
If the bomber increases speed and turn it should avoid contact while knowing the falling bomb is also increasing speed. (this is actually very interesting)
I have flown pretty much nothing but bombers for 5 years and never encountered this issue. But then I am a slow flying level bomber pilot. I release bombs and then start my turn for home.
Are these normal bombs? or do they have some special guidance features? (that would inhibit air resistance or something) (what do they call them retarded bombs?)
