J7D missiles too op.
My mirage3c doesnt have CMS I start with aim9b and can't outturn a missile pulling 30g, let alone 4 of them. Is this balanced? The J7D also outperforms my flight characteristics.

You probably mean the PL-7 rockets. I think they are Magic 1 rockets if I'm not mistaken. Yes, they are really good at this BR. But they also like to go after flares. Their greatest strength is the short range thanks to 35g, and the good speed of 3M when the rocket is able to turn sharply even at one and a half kilometers. The enemy often has very little time to react and use flares, when the rocket is so close that he ignores the flares. Many enemies will not have time to use flares in time. You have to try to avoid a fight at a very short distance and if you are already in it, use flares in advance to disrupt the IR lock before the rocket can lock on to the target and approach to a short distance. At longer distances it is relatively easy to get rid of this rocket with flares. You can also tire out a J7D aka Mig-21 quite easily, as it will lose a lot of energy after just two turns, and many times I have sent an enemy J7D to the ground just by maneuvering when it lost a lot of energy and was unable to avoid a hill.

I have no flares. So it's a free kill for them on me all the time unless I get some terrain, which half the maps might not have. I'm not sure the 3c gets rockets but that could work.
