It's worth it if you think it is.
No one else here knows how much disposable income you have, or how you should spend it.

Though the pack is one of the cheaper/best value per dollar packs available

It's the best value pack Gaijin's added in a long time, I'd say yes it's well worth it if you want to play Germany or the Tigers.

after taking out for the GE and premium it is around $12 per Tiger. And they have 30 free repairs, and already fully upgraded. I forgot about the Ostwind

Since this is the first time Gaijin has ever had a pack like this, there's a chance it won't ever be on sale.

Everyone already agrees the price point on the pack is shockingly low compared to everything else.
