why are tanks shooting without its barrel

i actually had a similar instance earlier today where i had a black gun and breech and yet the game still let me shoot. the shell came out like the loader just chucked the thing down the barrel himself, but it was still super weird that it happened.

we always have to bear in mind the disconnect between our version and the server side. All disputes go to server side.

Sometimes I shoot with a damaged barrel. The shot then counts but at the same time it destroys it. Could be the same?

I can't answer that without a server replay. Just bear in mind the occurs on line in real time and no matter how fast your machine there is a lapse.

I watched the entire replay what exactly was the problem. Never saw you take a hit that damaged your gun. In fact I didn't even see you shoot that much and I watch in player view.

yeah i just double checked this is the correct replay.
at 6:50 minutes im in the m18 sitting with a black barrel and breech looking at an su-100 and for some reason at 7:00 i pull the trigger, gun goes bang, my whole tank shakes and i see sparks fly where the shell lands.

if you look at it in 3rd person you can see my whole tank get launched from the recoil

oh also the hit that damaged my gun was just after 6:20, didnt notice you mention that at first

i dont understand how we are seeing two different things.
it shows the gun and breech being black in the bottom left corner, and my gun is blown out like a gun from a cartoon.

just to be clear since im new to this, the way you find a server replay is when your in the garage to hit community, streams and replays, then look up the replay on the website that shows up. right? if not then please explain
