I am scouting targets with M18 and they are being killed by allies. At the end of the match, it says that these targets have been destroyed. I am NOT getting the awards. What am I doing wrong?

According to intelligence or just intelligence? One task is spotting the enemy for your allies to kill, the other task is to kill enemies that an ally marked for you. My guess is you have the second one, meaning you are the one that has to kill marked targets. Unless you play with a friend who can coordinate with you, this is usually an instant skip task for me.
