what comes after who really knows, but i have my doubts it will have much more effect than the bmp2m and 2s38 already do
And why do you insinuate it will be "low levels" who are going to use this package vehicle, what does this add to your point?
If I were you I'd rather wait and see, sure there will be a huge amount of these things cruising around, but this is the case after every new addition of packages -or premiums, or even tech tree vehicles when people rush to research/purchase them to try them out.
Bear in mind that one of the best part of the current event BMD-4 is its transmission that allows it go at the speed foward and backward. The BMD-4M was especially made to strandardize the mechanical components of the BMP-3 and BMD-4 together to make mass production easier and they choose to use the more powerful BMP-3 engine and the much less sophisticated transmission of the BMP-3 on the BMD-4M. So we're looking at a vehicle that will go foward at 70km per hour and backward at 20km per hour instead of 70/70. It will considerably reduce its real impact in the game because mobility is especially important for an IFV because it has no meaningful armor to protect itself when caught in the open.
As for the premium noob waves that might follow, you will initially see a lot of BMD-4M strutting around. But then it will stabilize just like after a big sale. And I don't really see how this could have more impact than the addition of the T-80U-E1 a few months back by example.
The Clickbait has a huge impact on US winrates because the country is immensely popular among noobs and the vehicle is consistently popular. It's a MBT and it's a part of the considerably overhyped M1 Abrams series of vehicles. The BMD-4M is a relatively obscure russian IFV that most people probably never heard about, it doesn't have the gravitas and popularity of a MBT and it's armored with wet tissue paper. The go to vehicles for russian main premium noobs will always be the T-80U-E1, the T-72A TURMS and the T-80UD. And if they don't go for these, they will go for the widely known to be both undertiered and insufferable 2S38.
Just look at the BMP-2M and the Swedish BMP-2MD, they're both the same Tier. One has missiles the other has not.
I have the event BMD-4...aside from the first two weeks after its release..i never used it..Its just not that good.
True asf.
I don't see the BMD-4M getting a lower BR anytime soon cause it shouldn't but I can 100% see the BMD-4 getting upped.
