Joking aside tho
What the ever living ♥♥♥♥ was the other team doing then? A single F-15 has enough AIM-120 to take out those 3 before they reach the battlefield
And the sooner you guys stop pretending you don't know this is a game about planes at first and that everything else comes in second place the better
The problem is not with jets or helis or whatever, the problem is that you are playing those Su-34's and Leopard 2's on the same maps and game modes you would play with Tigers and Spitfires.
Also you got to remember a plane costs more SP then spawning an SPAA
The problem is not in CAS, but in SPAA and aircraft of certain nations. For example, your Germany does not have a high enough quality aircraft to be able to compete with aircraft like the F-15 or SU-34. No, KWS is an aircraft from Vietnam, Aim-120 will not help it if it cannot even catch up with these aircraft. Likewise SPAA, there are maybe three good SPAA in the game, Pancri, FlarakRad, iOtO, of which only one has a really long range and that is the Russian Pancir. Some nations are literally a bad joke like Israel and Chaparal, there is no need to write anything about it, it is crazy that Israel still has this SPAA as a top tier. Japan still has only IR SPAA without radar with short range in the top tier. Italy has cannon SPAA in the top tier that can do nothing against CAS, etc. In other words, the problem is in the balance of the machines that Gaijin adds, not in CAS itself. As is often the case with the inability of players who don't want to take a plane, or even just a SPAA even though they have it researched, because they don't want to. But then they chose the wrong game. WT is not a realistic tank simulator and never was. It was distinguished by the uniqueness of mixed games. Choosing such a game and then complaining that you only want to fight with tanks is like choosing FIFA and complaining that you have to deliver the ball to a super goal, after all, you just want to stand still and kick the ball, so let EA create such a mode, nonsense. Besides, in most cases, the main complainers are CAS campers who are angry that they are being destroyed from their great camping position, which is what CAS is directly intended for. And let's be realistic, in 70-80 percent of the game I die from a tank, not a plane, so I don't know why many people try to pretend as if it were the other way around when it's not true.
Most likely what most people playin CAS/CAP do, spawn and go face first into the battlefield
And i will remind you that CAP is not the solution when it costs more then spawning an SPAA, SPAA need to be on the level to take out planes for ALL nations not just one or two of them
