Not enough people play it either to make it an issue.
It's not much faster, but it gets up to speed faster and you can definitely feel it if you use the mobility of the tank, and the doubled reload time I've never had a problem with since everything I hit with it does instantly, and there's plenty of cover at the closer ranges I tend to fight at.
I'd be happy with it at 7.0, and I often play it at that BR, but I'm not sure it's quite worth moving it up.
I'd say once BRs are sufficiently decompressed along the board, it would be reasonable to put it at 7.0 but right now there's no need as not much is gained by lower ranking vehicles who are still gonna get overkilled by the long 88 but have about twice the time to answer a missed shot in the case of the 105, but it will lose out quite a bit, making the net result more frustration in the overall game and not less.
And your average American gun nut.
