to be fair, there are plenty of paper tanks in warthunder. But yeah gaijin couldn't even balance the Maus, so I doubt they could balance the Lowe

So was the Yak141, this excuse doesn't matter much anymore apparently to Gaijin sadly, as well as the F16AJ, and i'm sure there will be plenty more vehicles that didn't enter service or fully fly, but its a game, and its gaijins game at that, so they get to choose what to do for better or worse

Yak-141 was built and flown. Not a paper vehicle necessarily as it did have a prototype built. I'd say the Maus too (isn't the one in game based off the Kubinka example made from two different examples?)

Now the weapons systems configurations it at best are hypothetical, that imo could almost have it be considered a paper vehicle. In a way, I would say this is like the F-16AJ.

The R2Y jets in the Japan tree are actually paper vehicles, as they never made it to prototype stage.
