the new br changes are good and bad and ill explain
so for me the new br changes have been good for the planes however for tanks now so much the t-72 being moved up from 9.7 to 10.0 has caused it not be as good as it used to be and the leopard 2pl seems to been moved up from 11.0 to 11.3 which has really made it useless also now the leopard a1a1 also gets upteired instead of being at 9.0 after this update but for the most part this update has done alout of good i would love to hear everyones opiones on this!

the m3 bradley going up makes sense since it now has TOW-2A and can actually go through russian era now
IMO all it does is change which tanks at around 9.0 get to face modern MBT's. But it was probably needed

It is still too early for me to venture an opinion at this point. I have several line-ups for several nations at that BR range now which I am trying out. :enlightened:
my 10.0 lineup for america is dead, reduced to dust
Honestly, looks like a great change across the board, really impressed that BR decompression went so smooth despite such a fuzz being made about it for a good while.

If you look at all the little details, especially vehicles that didn't move up and how they open new lineup options, it seems they put a lot of thought into this.

I've found that there are quite a few of what I would call "mini-lineups" that opened up, where vehicles that were previously completely useless now have a place at their own BR.

From what I've experienced so far, there is a lot more variety now in terms of where in the BR range you play, instead of the old "full uptier" or "full downtier" all the time.

It's ok, but it could be better. A lot of things could go down, like the A7K it's just a A7D/E with a different name 11.0 isn't the place for it and a few other things could go down. .3 looking at you MAUS my sweet fat slow child.

Planes are often a special case, unless we get separate BR for ground and air modes.

Until then, the same answer as in every other "nerf CAS" thread applies. It is a combined arms game, so the BR of a plane is decided by effectiveness in the combined arms mode, performance in air-only mode is secondary concern.

Yes, even when we get decompression people will still complain. Things quite obviously changed.

Aside from a few cases, nothing really changed, an array of vehicles just got collectively moved up to continue facing the same things it was facing before.

The important bit is they are not facing things anymore that can't properly deal with them.

well look at it this way, at least they didn't compress it more.... =/ and you know they thought about it
Given there are very few complaints about it, I'd say the vast majority is pretty happy with the changes.

It's a good start, of course there is still a lot of work to be done, but realistically trying to do it all in one go would have been impossible.

The approach they lined out, going with the current changes and see how they play out in game, seems like a sound decision to me.

Might need some minor adjustments after the data is in, and once that is done they can do the same again with a lower BR threshold, moving everything above up by one step.

We should have been at BR 13-14 years ago.

If you ask me, it wouldn't have hurt to insert two steps instead of one, but I can see why the conservative approach was taken, a lot less headache that way.

Either way, we don't need BR 13 as bad as we need separate BRs for planes in air and ground.
Maybe.

Either way, basic pedagogy suggests positive reinforcement works best, so I'll focus on the good things and minor improvements.

Endless ranting and whining will just get us ignored.
So what would you prefer?

Reinforcing a general attitude of "always the same five ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaning, just ignore them and do nothing"?

What we need to keep in mind is, we are a small minority, the vast majority of players is not complaining.
