Should I get the J-7D?
Mixed reviews online. Just want to know if it's a bad plane for 11.0

If you wan't to get utterly rekt by F-16's, MiG-29's and F-14's then yeah.

It's not an outstanding aircraft, and the gun is pretty hard to get used to, and once you get used to it it's still hard to use. The missiles are meh, it's very average.

If you're just starting China I would recommend the A-5C, it faces minimal BVR missiles and slaps at 10.3.

If you're already at Tier 7, don't buy a premium, it's not worth the money.

You can use the A-5C to grind up to Rank 7, and then crew a Rank 7 (J-8B or F-104) aircraft and spade that to unlock the MLU.
