It is true though that it dropped a lot of ordinance, speciffically in the Korean War. It really was the heir to the Thunderbolt.
Flight performance wise It flies very similarly to the f80c, and only advantage I noticed is that it seems to gain speed a bit faster in a dive then the f80. In terms of climb acceleration and mauverability it seems to perform about the same as a f80c.
atm the best jet for fighter bomber role seems to be the f9f panthers. it has the most diverse bombload of all jets. you can have 6 rockets or, 2 thousand pld bombs, 6 500 pound bombs, or 8 100 pound bombs.
Thanks a lot for the last part, and for your comment! Yeah i must agree that the Panther is a little piece of heaven fallen into warthunder!
Hopefully they'll add bombs and more to the F-84, then ill be happy to grind for it!

F84B original Datasheet. This website has datasheets of various old aircraft.
Wrote a topic in war thunder forums about it. It got noticed and someone reported it as a bug.

Sidenote: F84B was earliest variant of the F84.Early F84 had technical and reliability issues with engine. By the Time Korean war came around the F84E was already in service, much improved, and that was the primary model used to conduct the fighter bomber role.
i love you. CAN WE PLEASE SPEAD THE WORD, THINK OF THE CHILDREN!
Sadly No one seems to care.
