Error 81110007: "File Read Error. Try To Repair Installation By Launcher"

suggestions on how to fix this every time i start war thunder the game crashes and this error pops up

Go into the upper right-hand corner, click the wrench, and I think it's check files. That way you can verify which files aren't working and it should fix them.

Tried this, have same problem. Tried lower resolution, tried deleting local content, re-installed, deleted local cache. Nothing appears to work. Also tried running from aces.exe.

Next step is to look at the bug section of the official war thunder forums to see if anyone there has found something for you.

If you need to reinstall the game, first just uninstall it. Then look for secondary files, i.e:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\WarThunder, or:
C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\my games\WarThunder
and delete those files.

If there are secondary files still installed when you reinstall, the game will not work when you are done; I have no idea why the uninstall feature doesn't remove these.
