Dropping One Bomb At A Time In RB?

Ok I've wondered this for awhile,. Why can't fighter / bombers and some other bomb content fighters drop one bomb at a time in RB?

Because they do it like in real life. If you drop one bomb, plane would just fall on one side, that's why bombs on suspensions are dropped in pairs

hey hey hey, someone please explain this to me... i'm using the SBM2 (russian bomber) and he can carry 6x100kg, 2x250kg or 1x500kg. I have an impression that droping 6x100kg (600kg in total) in a base does a lot more damage then droping 2x250kg. So whats the point on upgrading the bomb system on the plane If the damage gets lower?

The larger the bomb, the greater it`s damage radius and armour penetration.
This means you can kill multiple close targets or larger , more heavily armoured targets with bigger bombs where small bombs do minimal damage.

Unless you use the german 250KG on the (E.G.) HE111 H3-16. Even 8 of them dropped on a SINGLE MEDIUM tank dont give you a hit. Which is Kind of sad as it makes the already pretty bad Bomber (BR 3.3 SRSLY??) even worse.
