Harry Hopkins overtiered
I'll be honest, I've been spading this thing and I can't find a single way it's better than the Tetrarch save for very slight armor increases. Same gun, slower speed, barely .50 cal proof frontally. I don't see how this thing is 2.3. Especially when you can't even frontally pen T-70s reliably at all.

Yea I was baffled when I saw it at 2.3, it’s a 1.7 Vic for sure

it would be overtiered if it was in the Russian tree. As its not ,its in exactly the right spot...

Its actually under-tiered, The next patch will put it where it belongs at 3.0 :)

My poor EBR 1954, how far they've fallen. (Gaijin please for the love of god at least give it the right AP rounds.)
