How do I use the T-34 1940?

This tank has been probably the worst I have used so far. I don't exactly know what I should and should not be doing. My biggest problem is how badly its turret cheeks are armored, so is there a way to combat that or am I just stuck with a one shot area until I get the 1942?

Easy, you drive around like a maniac and shoot at people. The Stalinium armor will protect you and the Stalin blessed shells will blow up enemies of the Motherland left, right and center.

It's nowhere near as good as 1941 and 1942 or 1st Guard premium tank, just try not to get shot.

My strategy with every T34 is to disregard potential danger and rush flanks. If you are too careful you are a slow moving target with bad armor, so if you surprise people or use your good maneuverability you will excel.

It's rare that I see someone call a T-34 UNDERpowered. Just rush them all, you have a great gun and frontal armor.

One weak point of very few. Be glad you're not driving a German tank at that tier, as those are weak points as a whole. Your gun should make short work out of them.

Use your mobility, slopes and gun to eliminate threats before they even have a chance to return fire.

I would not consider this bait. I am simply having troubles with the strategies I can use with this tank, as it has bad turret armor.

I cant seem to find a more recent discussion on this, but did this tank get nerfed? I literally cant do anytjing in this thing, as I keep getting One-shot by every other tank in the game.

it wasnt nerfed, it had a bug on the drivershatch for years,that was fixed,, + a load of russian bias back then.

yea, PZIV Gs rule at that br, it will get better once you get past the 4.3-4.7s
