Premium account and no vehicle RP bonus

Gaijin has stated that the premium account 200% RP bonus does apply to vehicle research; they just don't specifically state this fact in the premium account description.

Also Gaijin stated that the doubling (200%) increase of earned RP points can be briefly seen on the after battle report - but you need to pay close attention or you will miss the process.

So yes, even with a premium account you still have to grind...and grind...and grind (unless you want to pay) to unlock tier 5 vehicles.

So if you get around 1000 RP at the end of a match with a normal account you'll get around 3000 RP with a premiun account making grinding for new veichles a lot faster. You also get a boost in silver lions and more chances to get boosters then you would normally.

I can also confirm that you not only gain additional convertible, but also module and vehicle RP when having a premium.

Under vehicle research points, i am only earning a 20% bonus and the max vehicle RP's i have earned is under 1,000 vehicle RP's per battle.

I agree with what u r suggesting about 3,000+ vehicle RP's per battle; but i'm not receiving even a 1/3 that amount.

You might want to go to the official forum then and ask there if your not getting the full amount

If you're using a tier that is +2 to the tank/plane you're researching you will get a -mod. So researching a tier 5 with a tier one would take forever, even with premium.

@ Spent Casing - I have submitted a support ticket to Gaijin and am waiting for a response

Did some further testing and here r some results using all tier 4 vehicles:

Over 5 battles I earned a total of 10,150 vehicle RP

Which averages out to 2030 vehicle RP per battle

Which means to research the tier 5 vehicle I am currently researching, costing 380,000 vehicle RP will take approximately 187 + 1 battles to complete research to purchase the vehicle

If I can fight 10 battles per day, it will take 18 + 1 days to complete research to purchase the vehicle

I still haven't seen anything that indicates a doubling (200%) increase of earned vehicle RP's for having a premium account

Check the tier of the vehicle you are researching compared to the one you a re using. Researching a vehicle more then 2 tiers (I think its called ranks ingame, regardless im not talking about BR) is highly inefficient. EX trying to research a Rank 3,4 or 5 vehicle in a rank 1 would be a bad idea due to the difference in ranks causing a RP bonus penalty. Try researching a vehicle at the same rank or 1 higher or lower then the one you are playing to see maximum RP benefit.

Im not sure weather or not premium vehicles are affected by this.

Which mode, how many kills on average? If it is AB and you get one to three kills average, then 2000 sounds about right for the amount of RP you'd get with premium.

@ Schnittertm - I am fighting in AB, I know u can get more points in RB and SB but more ppl play AB than the other game modes.

I would like for someone who doesn't have a premium account to do a 5 battle test with tier 4 vehicles like I did above and compare earned vehicle RP's

Gaijin representative responded and stated that premium account bonuses are automatically calculated into the SL and RP totals shown at the end of each batle

Yes, that is also something that you can see. I first counts up to the normal values you'd have gotten without premium. Then there is a short stop and then it adds on the 50% SL and 100% RP bonus.

I had premium for two months, I confirm without a doubt that a premium account DOES give you double your regular research towards your next plane. This is just 2x what you would have got without premium. If you are using tier V to research tier I, its going to do the regular taxes, and then double the final value etc etc.

I know this is an old thread but, I feel as thought since going premium, my actual score in the game is being nerfed so it doesnt have to multiply so much.. example: before going premium and after going premium I had two extremely similar games, the before premiuim match was a win, 7 Aircraft kills, 10 Groud Target Kills which netted me 11k Lions and 2.6k RP, after purchasing premium, using the same tier planes scored a nearly identical score, also winning the match killing 8 Aircraft and 13 Ground units but that only netted me 16k lions and 3kRP.. not 19k odd lions and 5.2k RP as it says it would in the premium description.. am i doing something wrong here?

1000 x 2 = ? Increasing 1000 by 200% gives us 2000 buddy, not 3000 lol

Dude, basic math, not 1000 points, but 200%. 1000 + 200% = 3000.
