What does this mean? are these warning signals? what do they mean. If I see these while I am flying does that mean i am damaging my plane or my pilot? How can I stop this??

Its the amount of g-force your pilot and plane are sustaining, the screens is turning black because thats your pilot blacking out. The faster you fly and the greater the turn you pull, the more Gs you sustain, and faster your screen blacks out.

so for me to not "blackout" I have to do slow turns?

Ahh yeah, my mistake. I thought you meant the coordinates on the top of the screen. What you have is Gravity forces that strain your pilot. You have positive and negative Gs, none of which are good. Your plane can fall apart when doing high speed maneuvers due to high G forces

For you to "Not" black out you need to improve your crew's G Force sustainability in the Aircraft "Crew" section. Right click the aircraft, select crew and it's pretty straight forward from there.

Crew is what operates you aircraft or tank. You can upgrade various skills to make them better

Pilot Crews are complete BS I still get 1 shot and gunners accuracy and prescion are actually usefull along with everything in ground crew but not in Pilots.

it represents the so called 'G-forces'. The force your body has to endure when you turn/dive while traveling at high velocity

just the pilot, not the rest...for single seat planes you don't need to worry about the 'crew' skills, those only apply to bombers / 2 or more seaters where you have a gunner(s). for single seat planes, just the pilot skills are important.
