"Obtain the Expert qualification for several crews" achievement

Hey, I have been looking at some easy achievements I could make to earn some RP and SL and I saw this achievement.

I have 25/50 and whenever I upgrade any crew to expert, it won't count towards the achievement: https://i.imgur.com/C4GweEi.png

I have upgraded like 6 different vehicles to Expert and it didn't move at all from the 25/50

I also tried to search online for a solution, but I only found some posts from 2014 and 2015 and back then they were talking about it being broken, but it's been many years ago.

Any tips on how I could fix this please ?

The thing is that I have no idea how it works, if it works that I have to buy Expert crew for a vehicle than it should be profit, but it apparently doesn't work like that...

I also am more interested in the RP I will get because I am 1 level short of level 75.

Either way I assume it's just not actively tracking and just shows 0-25 and then 50 perhaps, or maybe a restart will update it.

Oh, I know how it works, you have to buy an Expert qualification for each crew you buy for a nation.

For example, I haven't pretty much ever played Sweden, I have tried buying Expert for one of the crew slots and now I have 26/50.

So you basically have to have unlocked 50 crew slots and buy Expert to each slot for any vehicle of your choice.

You will get free 2 slots and not 5 :D You have 5 slots for SL, but for the 5th slot you have to spend 50k and that is not gonna happen.

Also, I don't have anything from Israel and those vehicles are expensive af because they start from rank 4 so I am not really feeling it lol.

That RP is yellow RP the one that requires you to expend GE to use

I know, but it also gives you level XP.
