Model with reduced textures

I've been having a GPU issue and until I resolve it I have knocked down a bunch of my games from max graphics to about medium. I saw the full client option and after reading it's description I thought it would be a good option to turn off to reduce the GPU load until I figure it out.

So far so good, but it always has the words "Model with reduces textures" across my screen both in the hanger and in game. On top of that, almost every time I try to join a game, it asks me if I want to DL the full client textures, twice in row. I actually hit "continue" only to have it ask me the exact same question again, and I must hit "continue" again.

It looks like I'm viewing at a free sample online, where they put either their logo or the word sample over it to encourage you to buy the real version. A watermark. This is gonna sound a bit over the top, but this was the first thing I thought of; it feels like I'm being punished for not using the full HD client. Like I have obtained it illigally and it contains the anti picary watermark on it.

Will these words ever go away?

If you get the full client, the annoying stuff goes away, and you can still switch to low graphics settings.
