TAS, but I'd recommend enabling both at the same time, as IAS is what plane rip speeds are in (i.e. if a plane rips at 700kmh, you can go like 900kmh TAS and not rip but will rip if you hit 700kmh IAS).

TAS = True air speed
IAS = Indicated air speed

IAS is more useful to a pilot.
Because it better represents how a plane will handle at a given speed.

Yeah, if you only look at one, IAS is more useful. Also, you can look up the optimal climb speed (listed in IAS) for your plane, which is better than going by angle. Of course, it's worth remembering that OCS is generally much slower than you want to be if you are actively engaging the enemy.
