Why would you get TAM2IP when you are already at 10.0 with Germany? Better to slap a talisman on the TAM 2 if you really want to play a TAM.

2S38 makes more sense in the lineup regard but honestly it will hopefully get nerfed and put at 10.7 to the HSTVL where it belongs.

Russia has more growth potential than germany with Terminator, late cold war prototypes, T90M, T-14 and T15. Germany would get a few more leopards 2 and maybe spikes on the puma.

If you dont have a premium top vehicle you could get either. I would recommend premium account over any vehicles, its basically premium on all your vehicles for the time you have it. Far better.

Get the 2S38, the Tam2 will be on sale for the New Year Sale. The 2s38 wont be on sale for some time

Also for OP, the 2S38 would be my recommendation too, its a great tank and when you finally have a top tier lineup it can change to fill any role you need, if you need a light tank (ie: you lack any BMP's) then it can fill it well, you need an SPAA, it'll do that and if you need a backup it can do that job perfectly well.

I got a premium account, and I also got the TURMS-T, BMP-2M and T-55AM-1 to go in the 2S38 lineup.
