It was available along with TOG II in the Serpent crates. Wait some years (or maybe months, who knows) for the new opportunity to win it in silver crates.

What I would do if I were you, setup a good SL grinding lineup. Pick a lineup you always do well in and just grind a lot of SL for at least 30 cases at a time and rinse and repeat.

Great solution, compensate bad realease policy of the developer by playing every day the same thing!!!

SL Crates aren't really worth it. Maybe for the Boosters you can get out of them but the Chance for Vehicles is literally less than 0.1%; for actually good/interesting Vehicles its even less all the way down to 0.001%
