Especially vehicles past World War 2 are way too fast and way too effective on long range to work on them.
Then there is clear favorism of one spawnside on many of them, stupid 1 cap versions and if they decide to make maps bigger they fill them with pointless, open fields (Big version of Poland).
The maps are probably the reason why I will stop playing in the near future because ♥♥♥♥ do they downgrade the game
Pretty much this and this applies not only to Top Tier. The map situation in general is awful. Even if I don´t mind unbalanced maps. The more challenging it is, the more satisfying is a win. Gaijin caters too much to Call of Duty kiddies and leaves those who like a more tactical approach behind.
Completely obsolete for the modern combat focus they want to go with the game
Abrams and F-18's play on the same maps and game mdoes as Tigers and Stukas. that paired with jets that are 14.0 are at 12.0 when they go to ground battles, which to put it in a polite way is completely idiotic and it's 100% clear it's a decision made by someone who has never played the game
At this point, the game is better suited for the aparently upcoming infantry combat than for full on vehicle warfare, without any sort of exaggeration, some Battlefield maps feel bigger than those in WT
