Gen 3 thermals

So I'm wondering if gaijin adds gen 3 thermals will the vehicles we have in game with gen 3's get them? So vehicles like the leopard 2PL have gen 3 thermals for the commander and gunner but in game we get gen 2 for both (the PL was never designed to use gen 2 in real life and the information on the generation of its sights is publicly available). Will vehicles rumored to have gen 3 get them or will vehicles need to have that information public for gajin to add it like shell and armor info? Will we see upgrade packages with them like russia already has for gen 1 and 2 thermals?

What do you guys think?

We already have Gen 3 thermals in the game. The TAM2C and PUMA both have it to name a few. As for others that had it but are in game still stuck with gen 2 at this point is either an oversite or a balance decision. I think one of the main reasons the Leopard 2 models with Gen3 thermals dont have it yet is that they would be considered overpowered, but thats just a guess.

So the puma which uses gen 2 in real life (the ATGM variant has gen 3) and the TAM2C which almost nobody drives has them but not other vehicles in game?

Okay thanks I think... some of these don't seem right like the french SK and the wiesel but at least it lists all of the current vehicles.

type 16 and type 10 also uses gen3

Those are french, even the sights on the Moderna got screwed over because they are french sights.

Maybe the 10 year anniversary present for the community will be a french buff to fix all the in accuracy's with their vehicles.

Those both imply gaijin even knows what year it is, they've been locked in their office building and haven't seen the sun since 2019 and they only let magzine out occasionally so everybody knows their still alive in there.
