Want to post on War Thunder official forum, but can't

It tells me I have to finish some battles, but according to my profile I finished over 982 battles.

I want to report the following possible bug:

How do I tell them on their Official forum about this problem and why it happens.

They read this forum sometimes so hope a mof/dev sees your post. bumping for posterity

You have to play 3 battles in a row to be able to post on the official forums. ;)

I don´t know how long your "passport" for the forums then is, but you gotta play 3 battles in a row concurrently every few weeks to get access to post threads or comments on the official forums.

What do you mean, 'passport'? Is it some stat I can see?

War Thunder forums is the most complicate place I've seen. So many rules and stuff. You can that, but you cannot this. Seems they want not many people on their forums.

Gaijin changed the forum mechanics for "active players" only. So if you play 3 battles concurrently every now and then you get access to post in their forums. If you stop playing your forum access will stop and you become "read only" member.

while the above is true (you need to play 3 battles to be able to post (for 7 days) - http://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/242039-news-game-activity-related-forum-member-filter/) this does not apply for the bug report and the community technical support forums - you can always ask for technical help (CTS) or report bugs...
