EPIC SLOW DOWNLOAD ~110 KB/s

hello guys!

can someone help me to fix the downloading rate of war thunder? otherwise i can play the new update in 2 - 3 days...

I normally have around 300/400 kb's a sec. This D/L I have is ranging 35 to 55kbs. Crazy plus x4. What is up with this? I sure hope it's worth it afterall...

Same here. Maybe it's everyone trying to DL at once and their servers are bogging down. I'm looking at a fluxuation betweeen 6 and 19 hours DL time. I have pretty good internet too.

It's just patch day the servers are over loaded. Happens with all big patches.

Consider yourself lucky, trying to install the patch gives me a bluescreen. Every time :/

The download system is a p2p system similar to a torrent. So speeds fluctuate widly based on if anyone else is actually seeding the download.

Wow, iw would be really lucky to have 100kb/sec. i have around 0 - 1,5 and it only takes nearly a year for the patch to complete -.-

servers cant be overloaded.. Its p2p... like torrent... set limits to 9999, turn off exchange of peers etc and leave just DHT on.. Should fix problems

That would explain the massive slowdown of my internet connection while downoading the update. The update is downloading incredibly slow and it slows down my internet coinnection so badly, that I can't even browse the internet. LOL. :)

i always turn p2p off is like a nuke VS my internet then i usualy get downlaod speed to 10mb/s but now it doesnt want to turn P2P off ... its using P2P regardless of my settings ...

had same Problem but i changed the Language and now i got normal Download rate, i know it sounds Dumb but try it out , it worked for me :P

They're not overloaded; chances are the game is downloading small amounts of files and installing them, as I had super slow connection (300 bytes!!) before it perked back to around 1mb/s which is normal for me.
