Gaijin Costumer Support Sucks
well, let me explain, i send a ticket to gaijin support 7 HOURS AGO and still no answer, well, does anybody have the same problem as me? Will they Answer me anyday?, thanks

i bought something i wanted to have and i cant play with it because gaijin takes 250 years to answer you

yes, but thats not the problem, the problem is that the tanks doesnt appear in my transactions, i paid it via paysafecard and i have the mail saying the paid is confirmed, but gaijin didnt send anything, seeing this, i send a ticket to the costumers support 14 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours ago and no answer, thats why i'm angry, because i waited 14 hours and they didnt answer me

Firstly, I would check your bank statements. Make sure the transaction is actually listed. If its not, then it would appear that at some part Bank - Carrier - Gaijin, the system has failed.

If the payment is there, and has cleared, then you just need to be patient. The support team get countless tickets logged with them, from people complaining about Teamkillers, to accounts being locked/banned. They work on a first come first served basis. There is not a lot that can be done except to wait.

Jumping up and down is not going to solve this any faster I'm afraid.

yes, the mail is there, saying the payment is done, the shop ID is the same as the other boughts i made ,also the name is the same, i will wait until tomorrow and i hope they answer me and explain what happened

While the mail is there, and the transaction ID's match, the only real way to be able to see if this has been purchased is to check the Bank.

Logging into your internet banking should be able to show the outstanding (or processed) charge. Failing that, a quick call to your bank would be able to provide the same information.

i know with eagles i often re-buy (part fill in 1st section ) then go back to game , it sometimes boots up the speed of the process so why not go to where it says paypal, paysafe etc press paysafe then cancel and look again on tech tree , ?? just a thought ...

It's a suggestion sure, but one that I can't recommend purely as what if all went to hell and someone purchased twice on my advice?

as long as you dont go to last stage i reckon its just like paypal , but yeah i said it not you so theres your comfort

it is the christmas season so patience will be the winner i reckon :D
