That's not a hack. That's just the game X-ray thingy not showing exactly what happened. Most of the time it's BS but it's most certainly not a hack
if so should they put more protection but it is only a problem they shoot through the houses!
You will see it on your kill feed that he shoot through a solid object (A rock, house, hill etc) where in fact, on his side of the connection, he moved out slightly and took the shot.
The server agree'd with this as being valid and so the shot connected and you were killed.
The same applies in the air with 'sparkles'. This is where the server disagrees that you hit your target due to lag on your part or theirs.
I have seen some legitimate ESP hacks (Where player tags and locations are displayed at all times) which is more a problem in RB\SB than in AB. However that being said, each and every one gets picked up and said user removed from the game permanently. Once one person is picked up, its very easy to identify other users by the characteristics of the software and from there add code to automatically ban upon use.
TL:DR This is not a 'git gud' or 'L2P' issue. This is more just understanding how the game works.
Thanks god another WT veteran. ( I played it off the browser before steam and got abiut 300 hours on there )
remember ping and packet loss can contribute a whole lot more to this then what you think, that and shotty hit registry, the planes and tanks being seen through rocks and enviroment models not matching the decal (you can shoot through a block or a rock or an invisable wall)
Don't always believe the x-ray cam. It is far from perfect and can make mistakes. I hit a Panzer 38(t) with a 128mm APCBC and the x-ray cam only showed my shell hitting the track and obviously that would not kill it. I've had x-ray views show me that it bounced but told my ammo was set off (probably by a fragment.) Like said before, high ping and packet loss can cause it to appear like people are hacking or show some weird stuff at times.
Anyway, there is a well known autoaim cheat (technically not a hack), which is very effective when playing tanks as it not only aims automatically at the target, but at weak spots automatically as well.
