Just tell him to play Planetside 2, I have met (casually) more female players there then any other game (aside from COD way back in the day).

In my entire career of being a gamer, the most female gamers i ever meet in one game, would be Final Fantasy XIV. Aside from that, other games have 50-50 of both male and female.

But in general idea it does not matter because gamers are gamers. Noone cares here for race, believe, gender or age. As long as we all having fun playing games, its enough :)
