If they were fighting tanks of around equal BR, say the T-34, they just need to hit them in decent conditions to win (if they're facing you, hitting the hull is usually enough, any turret hit will cripple/kill them etc.)
But to kill the Soviet medium tank T-34, hit either the turret face (ESPECIALLY that easy to pen extended "box" under the gun barrel), or, if its not angled, the front of the hull
Remember to angle your own tank, or wait for them to get closer, since most War Thunder players are massively impatient
Viel Glück, Panzerkommandant!
Agree. "T34" would make no sense/not fit the context of the OP's remarks. The OP may not even know the difference, or know that there's another, very different tank, that uses the designation he used.
Hahahahha, ofcourse I know what a american T34 solid shot mess is.
Any reasonable minded person would know I was talking of the soviet biased t34 line up.
You have the best gun on an actual tank in your BR. If T-34s are beating you consistently, you are just bad.
Drachinifel has a video up on Youtube documenting the development of naval shells that talks about a lot of the subtle issues that dramatically affect a shell's performance against armor. I realize that tanks are not ships; but the development &evolution of armor piercing ammunition would follow the same principles.
I never realized just how complex the engineering and material science issues are that affect the performance of various types of armor piercing rounds.
Yea, and its just the t-34s im struggling, says alot doesnt it? They just ricochet everything, and they are so derpy.
Exactly, some one who is realizing the problem at hand.
alright then mr pr0, would be nice if everyone had your game sense.
almost certainly, it's just a pet peeve of mine
