How to force Directx11?

there is no need to... if the render is set to auto (in the advanced launcher settings (gear icon next to the graphics presets) and the system (OS, videocard and drivers) is supporting DX11 it will be used automatically.

I have Win10 and 740m and the game use dx9...I know because I saw the config file
