Any tips on how to get more crew xp?

Getting crew XP is extremely slow. Any tips other then staying alive longer in each plane and buying premium currency? I already have premium membership for two months but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the crew XP is extremely small per arcade match.

Using a premium plane definitely speeds up the process, but the Dev's will keep nerfing our progress in the hope that we will throw cash at them to pick up the pace.

Premium time, Premium Aircraft/Tanks and realistic mode, you get less exp in arcade.

the live longer depends on your skillz, the crew points thing can be speed up if you use the phone app to get eagles and buy points.

How much more do you get by playing in realistic mode? 50% 100% right now the amount I am getting per match is extremely tiny.

If I do "Meh", I might get 5-10, if I go 27-0 (Arcade) I think I might have gotten like... 120+ crew XP.


It's just one of those things you get over time.... If you do well, you get more.

It is an option. There's an app to get free eagles though that is working with Gaijin, so you don't actually have to open your wallet.

Personally, I have found that it can be really helpful to spend a little bit of GE on my crews, but again, is just personal.


My rationale is, if I start with like 60% crews, it will be easier to obtain more crew points.

What do you fly? How do you fly? What do you attack?

Generally you'll get more crew xp when you you blow stuff up. But if you atack ground targets, they give out far less xp than shooting down other aircraft. Staying alive longer gives you more chances to blow stuff up, giving you more xp. But if you just fly circles in the sky, you'll get less. You need to be aggressive, but attack others from an advantange. Also, flying higher tier planes gives more xp per kill than does lower tiers.

Currently having a premium account and a premium plane is the best option since getting crew points can be spent on either planes or tanks. The alternative is using a card to buy GE to convert but it is not mandatory.

RB and SB give the best rewards for air and ground kills.

If you use GE to get a crew to at least level 150 then you can raise their qualification on a vehicle to expert. This gives you +30 on some key skills for the cost of a few thousand SL, as the vehicle tiers increase this cost does rise, so expect to pay 300k SL for a tier 4 plane for example.

Having a better crew straight off will help you accrue more XP overall, experting a crew in each plane gives a big boost straight once you have that magical 150 level.

I bought a 6 month premium, which doesn't seem to be an option anymore, and got 3 tank slots up to full crew XP in that time.
